The exhibition Degas’ Method focuses on some of the fundamental challenges with which the French painter Edgar Degas (1834-1917) engaged, ranging across motifs and techniques and independent of chronology. This summer’s exhibition presents an outstanding array of works borrowed from other international museums and collections. Together they present Degas’s artistic vision in drawing, painting and sculpture.
