Did you know that the Glyptotek’s roof terrace is open in good weather?
From 1st June, Café Glyptoteket opens a small satellite branch on the roof so you can take a break from all the art and enjoy one of the best views in Copenhagen.
The cava bar is open from 15 pm – 17.30 pm.
See you up there for panorama and bubbles!
The Central Hall will be filled with classical tones when the country’s leading classical ensembles visit the Glyptotek.
There will be seven separate concerts in all, each one on a Sunday afternoon.
The first concert will take place on Sunday 6th August.

War and Storm. Treasures from Sicily
The Special Exhibition at the Glyptotek plunges deep beneath the surface and explores archaeological finds from shipwrecks off the coast of Sicily.
The exhibition will be presenting a wide selection of treasures from shipwrecks, ranging across exclusive bronze wares, vases and weapons reflecting the many facets of Antiquity.

Once you have paid for admission to the museum the tour is free of charge.
