It is with great pleasure that we can announce that Director of the New Carlsberg Glyptotek, Christine Buhl Andersen, has been appointed as new Chairman of the New Carlsberg Foundation. She will be successor to Karsten Ohrt, who earlier this year stood down as Chairman of the board of the New Carlsberg Foundation. Christine Buhl Andersen will assume her new position as Chairman of the New Carlsberg Foundation once the Glyptotek has appointed a new director.

Christine Buhl Andersen, who is the first woman to become Chairman of the New Carlsberg Foundation, has been the Director of the Glyptotek since March 2017.
