Purchase of goods

Order
Once you have placed an order at www.glyptoteket.com/shop, you will automatically receive an e-mail indicating which items you have ordered. This email is an electronic receipt confirming that we have received your order. It is not a legally binding agreement. Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek accepts no liability for any errors, spelling mistakes or omissions. Remember to verify that contact and address information in your order is correct and contact webshop@glyptoteket.dk if you notice any errors.
An agreement between you and Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek is legally binding as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
After ordering, all communications between you and Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek regarding the order must be made by e-mail.
Any delays, information about the delivery or other information regarding the order will be sent per email. It is therefore important that you keep an eye on your email and check the spam filter.

Delivery
You can choose to have the items delivered by PostNord incl. track & trace to a parcel shop near you or as home delivery. The goods will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days. However, plaster figures are not sent, but must be collected at the museum shop.

Click & collect
You can choose to save the postage and pick up your order at the museum shop. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup. Upon pickup, you must bring a valid photo ID and the invoice you received per email. If you cannot collect your order yourself, you can give a power of attorney to another person to pick up instead of you. The power of attorney must contain your invoice number, your full name and the full name of the person who collects the order. In addition to the power of attorney, the person who collects for you must also remember to bring a valid photo ID.
The item must be collected within 14 days after you have been notified that it is ready for pickup. Longer deadlines can be agreed upon at webshop@glyptoteket.dk.
If you do not collect your order within the collection period, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded the paid amount. Refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to pay your order within 3-5 days, depending on your bank.

Payment
You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB. The payment on the website is secure payment
If the goods are shipped with PostNord, the purchase price will be deducted from your account when the order is shipped from the museum. Upon pickup, the purchase price will be deducted once we have notified you that the order is ready for pickup.

Change of order
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add or remove items or change delivery method.

Right of Cancellation & Return
You have full right of withdrawal of your purchase for 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the date you or any third party, except the carrier, receives the goods ordered. If the last day is a Sunday or a public holiday, the deadline expires on the next working day.
If you regret your purchase and will return your goods by post or by a freight company, you must write an e-mail to webshop@glyptoteket.dk and inform us that you regret the purchase and will return the goods. Please indicate the invoice number, name and address.
You will receive an email that confirms receipt of your withdrawal. If you personally return the items at the museum store, you do not need to give notice of cancellation in advance.
You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Please return the item in the same condition and quantity as it is received. You will incur any costs associated with the return of the item.
The item must be sent to Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
In addition, the relevant documentation must be sent; i.e. invoice (the one you received by email) so we can identify the order. Plastered figures MUST be returned personally at the museum shop and must not be sent due to fragility.

Repayment of purchase amount
Upon withdrawal of the purchase, the amount will be refunded for the goods you return as well as the original normal shipping and service costs. Refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to pay your order within 3-5 days, depending on your bank.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works, we consider it used. This means that, upon withdrawal of the purchase, only part or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.
In order to get the entire purchase amount back, you can test the goods the same way as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but you cannot take it into use.

Complaints
If you by mistake have received the wrong goods or the goods received are defect, you must contact webshop@glyptoteket.dk and inform us of this as soon as possible and no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods.
You must send an email stating the invoice number to webshop@glyptoteket.dk. We will send you a new item immediately after receipt of the returned item.
NOTE: It is important that you contact webshop@glyptoteket.dk before you return an item, as the daily shop staff does not necessarily process and package orders placed online.
You have the right to complain for up to 2 years after a purchase if a defect is found in the product. After 6 months, however, it is up to you to prove that there is a production defect.

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact webshop@glyptoteket.dk . If we fail to find a solution, you have the opportunity to file a complaint with:
